Burgess did the penguin with style, as though modeled on Franklin D. Roosevelt. While Caesar Romero did the penguin
with high comedy and melodrama, as though modeled on Vincent Price or Edgar (Cokehead) Allen Poe.
As a kid, I didn’t appreciate the camp and talent involved. Great stuff.
Cesar Romero played the Penguin also? I thought he always was The Joker.
