Brady lost this case when he eliminated his cell phone,

...

You got one thing right, it was Brady’s phone, not the NFL’s.

you are correct, it was his phone. And he decided that rather produce it in an investigation for clarification he decided to be non-compliant. In the courts purview this was the wrong move, and they flagged him for it. He had his prerogatives and the court had theirs.

Each individual can read this as they will.

Is that the same court that found in Brady’s favor, and criticized the NFL for their unreliable methods and investigation?

it is not. the case was heard by a Federal District Court Judge who ruled against the NFL, throwing out the suspension on Brady. The NFL then appealed to the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals where a three court panel heard the case. They ruled 2-1 against Brady, re-instating the suspension. Now Brady can ask the entire Federal Appeals Court (all 13 Judges) to review that 2-1 decision. I think they will reject that motion and the case is done; except that Brady can petition the Supreme Court which will likely deny that motion and THEN it is over.

the second court did this week (Federal Court of Appeals). I just knew they would and frankly was shocked the original Court did not.

He eliminated his phone when the union told him to.
He was told by the Wells commission initially to turn over all relevant text between himself and the two equipment people. Tom complied. Not only that, all text and correspondence between Brady and the equipment guys were already taken by the Wells commission from the equipment peoples phones.
There is not a swinging dick on this forum who’d turn over their personel phone over to the corrupt NFL powers...are you shitting me?

Not only that the corrupt NFL won’t release the results of their test of the balls through this past season, which obviousley supports the Pats contention of the ideal gas law.

He cheated on his pregnant girlfriend and then dumped her for a younger model, so no wonder he likes Trump.

Courts seldom interfere in cases when employers discipline employees. Only when the legal authority is egregiously exceeded do they intervene.

There are judges and there are judges and I got the impression from his history he is a Judge Judy wannabe type and I figured even a very liberal appeals court would call BS on this. At least that is my take.
