Hillary Clinton continues to maintain that she is not under criminal investigation, characterizing the FBI probe as just one of many "security reviews" that are being conducted.
But Napolitano said on Fox News' America's Newsroom Monday that "this is about as serious an investigation as there could be.... The FBI does not do security assessments, the State Department does. The FBI does criminal investigations."
He said on Friday that he believes the FBI has more than enough evidence to indict and convict Clinton.
“The evidence of her guilt is overwhelming,” Judge Napolitano stated. “And the FBI knows a lot more about it than I do.” He said he is “100-percent certain” that the FBI has enough evidence to indict and convict.
Whether she is indicted or not, Hillary faces a catastrophe, Napolitano says. "Probably so catastrophic that she will be replaced on the Democratic ticket."

Nothing will happen. The FBI agents will be characterized as partisan and the state media will not cover the issue. And the agents who leak anything will be hunted down and prosecuted extensively.

This was a fairly transparent attempt to at starting a hoax. The poster pasted the same thing in several threads. I felt that it should be brought to the attention of the moderators. If they are not bothered by it. It makes no difference to me at thhis point. If you look at the histories od those making juvenile remarks you will see that most of them are #never trump just a month or two ago. Lately they have gone a little more stealthy, but their nature has not changed. Still nasty as ever.

The owner of this website is a patriot and cares more about the future of this country than any petty arguments made here. Whenever I have been confronted about attempts at humor that didn’t go over well I have apologized to those who were offended and moved on. You chose a different response and that was to attack me personally which to me makes your motives suspect, especially when your first reaction when you saw that I brought it to the owners attention that you immediately assumed that it was going to get you in trouble. Maybe that should be a clue to yourself that maybe you should think about stuff that you feel might be offensive to the owner of the site.
I personally value this site a great deal and do not appreciate it when people post stuff that might cause embarrassing or damaging reactions from others. Free Republic is an asset to the conservative movement in this country. Your reaction to my criticism tells us all much more about you than your original post did.

Hate to be the spoiler but the FBI is way too politically corrupt to do anything about Hellary.
