Glad you are mending well! I’ve missed seeing you.

I remember those cartons of milk in Italy when visiting my grandparents. It seemed so odd that they didn’t need refrigeration. What does UHT mean?

Ultra-high temperature processing (UHT), ultra-heat treatment, or ultra-pasteurization sterilizes food by heating it above 135 °C (275 °F) – the temperature required to kill spores in milk – for 1 to 2 seconds.

Ultra High Temperature. They kill the bacteria that make milk spoil. It has no effect on taste or consistency.

Thanks for the thoughts!

Cadbury saw Hershey on my bed, so he decided to try it himself! Whereas she covered my pillow, he is just a little bigger! Well, maybe a lot bigger! She is rapidly catching up, and has legs, legs, legs, with the big feet to go along!

How can that possibly be comfortable?
