Moderately quick??
:-) Actually, I don’t think quick is the right word. Sometimes I’m afraid he has fallen asleep in the middle of a sentence.
I will say, I hang on every word, and whatever he says is well worth waiting for. I would say very clever, very “outside of the box”, very “right on the money”. And very formidable! Just not particularly quick.
Well, he’s a lot quicker than Cruz with his stupid long pauses, but that’s not saying much.
