Those are 6 precincts that Kasich won in CT., but he didn’t win any delegates, nor any counties. There are a total of 8 counties in CT.

RI has 5 counties, and Trump won all 5 of those counties.

In spite of Trump winning all 5 counties in RI., Kasich did manage to win 5 delegates, in RI., and Cruz won one delegate, in RI.
CT and RI do things by towns. Kay-sick won 6 towns in CT and 1 town in RI.
Trump swept every county, congressional district and state.

The Rhode Island delegation will break down 11 Trump, 5 Kay-sick, 3 Cruz.
It should have finished 10 Trump, 5 Kay-sick, 4 Cruz, but Cruz embarrassingly ended up with <10% of the vote in CD-2. That delegate was awarded to Trump.
By my math, there were 108 counties in play tonight
