Erick Erickson made a good point yesterday. If the bakery can get sued for refusing to bake a cake they had not yet promised to bake, why can't these performers be sued for breach of contract for a concert they've already booked and people have paid tickets for?

Is there any difference in what the bakery owners did and what these "performers" are doing?

You mean aside from one side being the ‘bad’ Right v. the ‘good’ Leftist?

Or the fact that a biz has the right to refuse service for ANY reason? Was that ‘contract’ at the bakery even finalized?
