Actually, this unholy alliance may well benefit Trump. Last night's FR Caucus had 171 for Trump and only 21 for sCruze. In this thread, any number of sCruze supporters indicated that this move has caused them to move to Trump. If that is a bell-weather of the country's changing allegiance from sCruze to Trump. it will affect the upcoming primaries day after tomorrow. Anyway, we will see shortly!

Yeah, so many wrong sides come together to try to take out Trump, let's hope all that is about to come to an end. Then Trump and all of us can move on to defeating Hillary Clintoon. Thanks for reminding me to vote in the next caucus too.

If you look at the caucus results over time, Cruz' support was initially high, he and Trump were neck and neck. By mid-March his support plummeted. It stayed relatively steady at a low level for some time after that. Recent zots may account for the very low level lately, plus that sane people would have dropped him.
