Exactly so!

Look, nobody around here could mistake me for a Trump person, but I understand that facts are facts...he IS going to be the nominee and we have to play the cards we’re dealt.

We all need to get solidly behind him and support him and those advisors he’s hired to help him with the upcoming general election campaign.

To those Trump supporters who question the changes that he’s made in the tone and substance of his discussion, remember that he hired these professionals and not you. If you trusted him enough during the primary season to vote for him, you need to trust his judgment now.

To those who supported Cruz or somebody else, the time to complain is DONE. If Trump is still offensive to you, just look at this through the lens of “realpolitik” rather than through idealism: he is the only one who can beat the Hildabeast. Period. He MAY turn out to be a liberal chamber-of-crony-capitalist Republican or he may be what the Trump supporters believe him to be. If he does the right thing on ONE out of 100 issues, that will still make him 1,000,000% better than Cankles. Just from a pure position of practicalism, it’s better to take a chance on supporting him than to oppose him and tacitly support one who will be 100% wrong on 100% of the issues.

Which is why I will vote for him in a general election, although I dislike the thought. I also was no fan of Romney or McCain. But you play the cards you are dealt...I’d just prefer to see a stronger hand!
