Are you saying that there is something magic about US soil? That without a dusting of jen-you-wine 48 contiguous state and the 2 not-connected state’s dirt under the feet of your mother as she pushes you out of the birth canal, you are not considered a citizen of the USA even though both your parents are citizens??
Unbelievable. So you suggest parents have foresight and never travel during pregnancy? Or servicemen stay home when they have a pregnant spouse? Wow.
Maybe your way of thinking is why we have a problem in the other direction... why do citizens of other countries get to come here and drop a baby on magical US soil and the baby automatically has US citizen birthright? Evidently because of people like you!
‘Natural born’ US citizenship... Congress has the authority to naturalize citizenship. But no act of Congess or any court can bequeath ‘natural born’ US citizenship... Remember. We the people are government. Two US citizen parents birthing their child on US soil creates ‘natural born’ US citizenship. It is akin to a birthright.. If you have that birthright you should not let somebody, anybody con you out of it.
