Criminal justice reform to 0bama is similar to the direction many large, inner-city schools took.

Since a disproportional number of blacks were being suspended for misbehavior, schools decided it wasn't fair, so suspensions of blacks ceased, and, of course, things got worse.

So let's have a different punishment standard for folks of color because it's fair racial justice.
