What does this really say? It seems to say that blacks are seven times more likely to commit crimes than whites and two times more than latinos. Or, does it say that whites get caught less than the other two groups? Obama's assumption is that blacks and whites have the same "proclivity towards crime"...which makes me want to add another area where Obama is just plain stupid:

“If you can’t do the time, don’t do the crime.” It’s a good rule to live by.

However, blacks commit crime at ten times the rate of white criminals; yet blacks are imprisoned at less than six times the rate of white criminals.

Blacks are underrepresented in prison populations.
