You use the term "bothered to show up" as though it justifies disenfranchising the thousands of your neighbors who were not there, probably because the need to be there was hidden from most of them. A process that relies on 28 votes out of thousands of people is not a valid system. The Communist party in the Soviet Union relied on similar numbers to rule. That you consider it ok means that you agree with the phrase, "the ends justify the means". Any person who values the principles of representative democracy would look at such results and realize that it was deeply flawed.
Enjoy your remaining time here. We know you are part of the Cruz social outreach program, in which cruzbots are unleashed on social media of all kinds to disrupt, repeat talking points and make it appear that Ted Cruz has significant support. In truth, Cruz has worn thin on everyone, even conservatives like me who started out as his biggest supporter. He is working for Hillary and the GOPe at this point.

All I had to do was go on line and google "where is my caucus precinct in Colorado".
Not very "hidden".
And did Trump bother to show up?

NOPE. So I guess his supporters reflected the same indifference.
Maybe next time they'll pull their heads out of their yuuuge wherevers, bother to show up, and PARTICIPATE in "Government Of the People, By the People, For the People".
