He will increase spending on infrastructure on the military and infrastructure and will make no changes to Social Security and Medicare. He has proposed no large scale cuts to offset the additional spending much less the current deficit or the loss in tax revenue. Given that then increasing the national debt by 70% is probably a conservative estimate.
