Had an American Express card for twenty years. Was paying $55 a year for the “PRIVLEDGE” of using it. Phoned the call center, got someone from India. Canceled card immediately.
Told the manager I didn’t sign up for “Indian Express”.
Sorry, I don’t want my financial information on an Indian computer network accessed by Indians. Let them service themselves.
And they all have names like ....John; Steve; Brian; Dave or Michael.
