The Cruz campaign is doing its part to get delegates in place to uphold rule 40b.
I have no confidence in Trump's efforts do far.

And if Cruz succeeds in voiding the vote of the people then what do you think they will
think of him as a presidential candidate? My guess is Cruz would be lucky to win anywhere
close to the number Electoral College votes needed to win. As much as Cruz thinks this is
his time, it isn't or so far the populace is saying it isn't.. JMO

The Republican Party in each state sets it's own rules. All the candidates knew them (or should have). If you don't like the rules, then get enough people to show up at the convention to support your changes and vote them through.

The map is interesting, but would be better if it showed percentages.
