There’s no collapse. The northeastern, urban Republican is a very different animal from the Republicans in the states where Cruz has won. They are not conservative. Even on the days Cruz had his big wins in states like Utah, these blue states would not have been polling any differently.

New poll today has Trump up by 18% in CA. Collapse. He has no chance and people don’t like a spoiler.

How many third place finishes can Ted handle before the MSM starts agreeing that Rafael's in last place?

“There’s no collapse.”

It is starting to look like it is a collapse. The news cycles for the next 2 weeks are going to be how Cruz can’t keep up with Kasich; and how wide Trump’s delegate lead is.

At some point, the American public is not going to buy into his talk of a convention win. If he loses Indiana, even his supporters and money guys will run.

“Even on the days Cruz had his big wins in states like Utah”

Utah is another caucus state. Like was said, Trump pretty much took the South which was suppose to be Cruz country. That completely blows up your theory.

Just like the entire South he lost as well, eh?

LOL!

Yeah, Ted Cruz dominating another region of the country is just right around the corner, huh?

Give it up.

My God! Ted Cruz's egotism and malignant narcissism make Donald Trump's character deficits pale in comparison. Cruz has become the caricature of a politician who is so driven by conceit and self-righteousness that he's willing to sacrifice his party, or even his country, on the altar of his own blind ambition.

Ted Cruz has lost. He has now been mathematically eliminated from securing a delegate majority before the convention, and he will limp into the convention itself with fewer than 2/3 of the needed delegates. His fantasy of garnering the nomination, even if successful, would irreparably splinter the party, and guarantee a GOP defeat in November.

As Newt Gingrich so aptly noted, that's simply not going to happen. Not even the crooked GOPe is that stupid.

If you disagree, then, please, explain to us any plausible scenario wherein Ted Cruz stealing the nomination from the clear frontrunner doesn't irreparably fracture the party, destroy voter enthusiasm, cause countless Trump voters to stay home, and hands the general election to Hillary in a landslide.

Either state a realistic case for Cruz, or, with all due respect, STFU...

Vote Trump

Are you the master of conservatism that decides who is conservative or not?

Trump made a clean sweep of the South except for TX. Those are not blue states.

You are absolutely correct. There was no collapse. You can’t to collapse if you never inflated.

Ted’s been downhill since the Iowa squeaker and the Wisconsin blip.

Are you really trying to justify that there is not a collapse? Explain then why Kasich is in the lead over Cruz? And by the way, explain the South which is ultra conservative? He got killed there!

I live in the absolute middle of no where in the hills of PA, dirt road and cows in the fields near me. I don’t consider myself an urban republican.

And just WHO are YOU to decide who is conservative and who isn't?

Believe it or not, N.Y. and Ct. still have many farms, small businesses, and the people outside of the college towns and slums are extremely CONSERVATIVE! And unlike Co. they can actually VOTE in presidential primaries!

Utah is filled with MORMONS and Teddykins was greatly helped out there, by Romney and CRAZY BECK, and others.

STEALING delegates in Co. set other people's teeth on edge; legal or not, what CHEATER Cruz and his team did there and in Iowa, disgusts "normal", non-blinded by CRUZITE-BIAS!

Twee Teddy lost the ENTIRE SOUTH...are you attempting to claim that those voters aren't "CONSERVATIVE" as well?

Keep spinning. Cruz had his head handed to him in the Deep South too. Are they “liberal” Republicans as well?

Face it, Cruz has very narrow appeal and he’d be a disaster in a national contest. His campaign doesn’t have the infrastructure (ground game) to be competitive nationally and he has no crossover appeal. Most people do not like him.

Lyin’ Ted can only “win” in caucus frauds and voterless Selections assisted by the GOP-Establishment.

Even in his questionable “homestate” of Texas, Lyin’ Ted only amassed 43% of the vote.

When the people vote, Trump wins.

Yeah, have to watch those “liberal” northeast Trump states like AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, MS, NC, NV, SC, TN, VA, and soon WV.

Did I miss any “liberal northeast” states?
