Well, I won't argue with you there. One incident does not make a rule. But I've got to tell you, I was very impressed by Trump's behavior there, and I was very disappointed by the behavior of everyone else.
I’ve seen a lot of people set up to enter a stage when their name is called. The truth is, they are generally thinking about what they are about to say or do. Their mind is focused elsewhere. They are waiting to hear their name and not paying close attention to the other ramblings of the speaker.
Thus, I don’t put much stock in the event. If I’m being called out in a list of names and someone is standing by the entry, I’m likely just going to think that they started out too early and their name hasn’t been called yet.
Its not like they were going to start the debate without Carson. If Trump heard them call Carson and stopped to see what the issue was, good for him, but you are making a lot of presumptions concerning everything else.
