Yes, but a strong argument could be made, to paraphrase an old saying about General Motors from back in the good old days when General Motors was still General Motors , “what is good for the country is good for Trump so what is good for Trump is good for the country”

Trump id motivated to make America a stronger, more prosperous country because that is good the Trump Business Empire

The Trump model of politics is diametrically opposed to the current bi partisan Washington political sleaze of selling out your country to foreign an domestic interests for 12 pieces of silver

-—Being a successful real estate developer in New York , especially one associated with developing and operating casinos, is a virtual public admission of being guilty of being a con artist and grey area, fringe felon
.
.
.
While being a virtual admission, it is by no means relegated to the equivalency of being either an attorney, nor a politician, both of which go beyond measure of “shadow of a doubt” as to belonging to the crime family that now controls the US. Add to that relations with Goldman Sachs and one would probably rather elect Tony the Bull than your freshman senator from Harvard.

For the record I don't feel Trump is corrupt, he just operates in an environment where graft and corruption are an institutionalized fact of life that must be dealt with and accommodated on a daily basis

“Projection buddy. Trump does it so Cruz will do it too! Palease.”

I’m sorry you feel that way. You really should adjust your expectations. The Ted Cruz of yesterday cannot win the state of Florida and its 29 electoral votes. He is changing, he will even change more and will change EVEN more than that.

If he loses Florida, he loses the election. It’s best you understand that now.

“Engine” Charlie Wilson said “What’s good for the US is good for GM, and vise versa.” back when GM employed more people than lived in New York City. Baby Donald’s hotels ain’t even close.

Get ready to see a lot more polls like this. The favor/unfavor polls show that the more people see Ted, the more they don’t like him.

If Trump were to drop out and endorse Hillary, I’m convinced half the FRumpsters would vote for her, and the other half would be convinced that it was a brilliant strategy move on Trump’s part.

“Project much?”

Not at all; this is a combination of all polls..see the trend?

If you mean Florida, Ted has no chance in this state. He got crushed here in the primary and he got crushed in NY and Ma... Florida is their second home. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to make a conclusion.

Well, that is weak. Given that New Hampshire has basically voted democrat since 1992 with the exception of George W Bush in 00. It used to be a solid red state before 1992 but since then the state has been overrun with Liberals running away from excessive taxes in New Yawk ans Taxachussetts bringing with them their New Yawk values. And you are shocked that a republican loses to Clinton in NH?

I do no agree. I think Trump seems to be motivated by simple patriotism.

It has been so long since American politicians have been for America, you can see why a whole huge bunch of Americans are confused by this.

“Well, that is weak” “And you are shocked that a republican loses to Clinton in NH?”

I’m from MA. so I’m well aware of what’s been going on. I never said Trump would win NH. My whole point is that Cruz is becoming just as unfavorable as Trump in the polls. All that said, it will come down to Florida and the 29 EV. Lose it and you have to win WI and PA just to break even. Ted Cruz will not win the state of Florida.
