It is foolish for a state to draw this kind of untoward attention to itself, when it already has the laws to deal with any issues. Moreover, smart legislators would move to strengthen those laws covering any matters involving inappropriate behavior in public restrooms and make sure the whole world knows it.
One more thing, ladies...the 2nd amendment belongs to you and your daughters, too!

Difference is:
- “before”, we were able to remove anything with a penis from the women’s room - letting society prevent exposure/molestation/rape well before it could happen;
- “after” the current LBGT push, laws are moving to _protect_ the right of that penis’ owner to enter the women’s room, leaving us to wait for an actual victimization before anything could be done - and done only after the fact.
Many people are naturally anxious when they have to use their genitals (”take a tinkle”), and someone with the other set shows up using theirs in close proximity - that creates a natural & base fear, which societies have long addressed by segregating such facilities by sex. YOU may not have a problem with it, but MANY DO - _especially_ those who _have_ been sexually assaulted.

My 7-year-old daughter is neither legally nor emotionally ready to carry a handgun and decide whether to kill someone with it.
It’s a whole lot easier for everyone if we just declare penises belong in the men’s room, and vaginas belong in the women’s room, and the sexually confused are welcome to use the single-user washrooms nearby.
Security cameras mounted on the entrance to public restrooms that way any offender can be identified. Surprised this has not been done already. Store security can monitor anyone entering or leaving the restrooms.
The difference is now In Trumps progressive world a man can go into the little girls room pull his penis out in Plain view for as long as he wants. in the Brownie troop of eight-year-old girls can’t even complain a lot want be able to touch him as long as he says he identifies as a woman
What’s foolish is to go against common sense. No boys in the girls restroom.
