I would be aghast if I had used a stall in a ladies’ restroom, was washing my hands, and a big (or small) obvious man who was pretending to be a female came out of another stall. I can almost feel how hard my heart would be beating, trying to get the heck out of there faster than you can say “away from me, freak”.
