I think people try to sough off the issue because they themselves don't feel strongly about it. What they don't grasp is that the forced Homosexual acceptance "goal posts" will keep getting moved until it overruns the point where they *DO* feel strongly about it, but because they didn't fight the easier battles, it's too late to win the harder battles.

We have long since passed the point where there is any sort of boundary between state and federal issues. That proposition 8 that passed in California but was overturned by a Judge, *THAT* is where we are now.

Everything is Federal now.
