Bruce Jenner? NO. But a man on the west coast did. Read the news. And the police indeed said there was nothing they could do.

This article mentioned Bruce Jenner's use of Trumps bathrooms. I have some background in law - I would love to see this case of a public masturbation in front of a child that was -ahem- untouchable by law enforcement.

The seattle police would not remove the man from the changing area citing the law saying that he could be there if he wanted. Could they follow him and try to press charges? Maybe, but are there cameras in there to prove what the real women said he did? And what these girls and women saw... can’t be unseen. Regardless of what you think the law might be able to do, the police in this instance refused to remove the man from the woman’s changing area.
