As always FRiend, you are spot on. Cruz has, in a political sense allowed himself to be assimilated by the GOPe 'Borg' (to employ a Star Trek analogy), he is now part of the establishment collective, wired into their insidious networks of insiders, schemers and manipulators.
He's been absorbed.
