The libtards, Democrats, and Union supporters use Norway as the gold standard for what liberty the US should have.

Maybe this is what Breivik wants now? If he is taken out of the solitary then some other prisoner is likely to kill him.

In Norway prisons are like hotels.

I did not say he was not responsible. I said he may have been a patsy.

If some is a “drugged out patsy”, the clear implication is that they have less responsibility than if they were clear headed and in command of their own actions.

If it were otherwise, why would Oswald have exclaimed “I’m just a patsy!” in his famous defense?

He may or may not have been drugged. Dont know.

You can turn someone into a patsy if you can get them to believe certain things. Patriotic patsy extremists for example. They become friends and start hanging out a lot, and just start working on someone and start saying certain views and stuff over and over and get the person - well crap, look at what our indoctrination public schools do on certain things.

If someone wanted a fall guy but one who really believed in what he was doing, it can easily be done. I know my former workplace has done this to many, many folks.

Killing 77 people, I’m surprised he’s still alive.. Don’t prisoners in Norway have any code of ethics?

I believe he is alive because he has been kept in solitary confinement so far. Strangely this is what he protested about.

I don’t buy your argument, I’m sorry. Unless the person is mentally retarded, they are fully responsible, no matter how slick a character might have conned them in to doing it.

As for Breivik specifically, just listen to him speak, he is clearly an intelligent and highly ideologically motivated person. He is not someone who was spoonfed instructions or rhetoric but hasn’t internalized the logic himself. He did what he did because he truly believes his cause was just, and that the ends justify the means.

Now I can fully understand wanting to distance us from him, since he can be used to paint the whole “right wing” with a broad brush. However, there are better ways to distance ourselves than peddling a cockamamie “patsy” argument.

I dont care one way or the other. I am saying it is possible to do, to create someone that is a willing fall guy, if they believe what they are doing is right and the end justifies the means.

And stop hitting yourself with a brick, I never said patsies are not responsible for their actions. Brainwashed or convinced they were doing a good thing, they did it.

Get off the whole I said they are not responsible thing, YOU SAID THAT, I did not. You read that into my post. Its your fallacy.
