The Pennsylvania Supreme Court upheld Judge Pellegrini’s ruling and New Jersey Lieutenant Governor Kim Guadagno accepted Administrative Law Judge Masin’s Advisory Opinion. She could have rejected it and barred Ted Cruz from the New Jersey Primary ballot.
