There are two kinds of Delegates: fixed & changeable.
The representative (delegate) is post election via ‘fixed’ vote. He is changeable. He legislates laws for the people.
The 2 party scam has improper changeable, unelected delegate strawmen choosing proper legislative delegate. This is crime. It is pre election.
Constitution mentions Certify & Seal, ie fixed vote.

Constitution says Elector, not Delegate. A delegate is a permanent legislator. Post election.
Electors mostly tally/count a non changeable, fixed vote. The strawman delegate is added so foriegn donors can effect our elections.
Constitution has no Convention. The US Senate counts the finally tally. A National Convention to modify vote tallies is criminally illegal.
Numerous crimes exist in US Elections. Our entire elections are fraud. And there are many crimes.
Our somewhat honest election is changed by adding a party layer, from election to fraud game where foriegn money can elect our candidates, using the added strawman delegate.
