What difference does it make how long the rules were in place? Lets say the rules were in place for 853 years.. does that make them better rules?
I don't like seat belt laws either, but they have been in place for decades now. Either you follow the rules or you come up on the losing end eventually.
I don't like the process...it sucks. That said, all the candidates were informed of the rules months in advance. So why is it wrong or cheating for Cruz to follow the rules? I don't get it.
