Stephanoplis brought up the unbound delegate pool too. I recall Manafort last week saying that it would be clear that Trump was the presumptive nominee, before Trump obtained 1237 bound delegates. I think his prediction was correct. Lots of factors in play, not just delegate math, but the delegate math sure helps.

If you add in all the delegates that Dirty Teddy is stealing or may steal plus the voter fraud from the gop-e its near impossible to figure out where the Donald will be after California.
