that’s not nearly CLOSE to how many stand outside the delis and bodegas in stapleton on staten Island,
When I drove my cab, I could hear them talking about probation, who the knocked up...all the intelligent news of the day.

Embracing hate as a false answer to anger. And they are not the only people who have been seen doing it, hint hint hint.

What is this person expecting in terms of change? That the young people in this neighborhood would give up their guns, get married and raise their children together, and make the economic and social sacrifices needed to ensure that their children will have a better life than they do, in order to break the chain of generational poverty they were born into?
Seems unrealistic. Or at least very optimistic.

Still Dead.....but can VOTE.

The real story of Baltimore is the drug dealers. They approve or disapprove all street actions. The Baltimore city administration started clamping down on drug business so the dealers taught them a lesson. The dealers used a combination of a gullible leftist press, leftist agitators, and the death of Freddy Gray to incite people to riot.
I agree with most comments about how to “improve” the living conditions in Baltimore but until outside people understand what really happens on the streets, there is little hope for improvement. BTW I lived in Baltimore city for a year and actually interacted with the people. The horror of the murder of the Dawson family will live with me forever.

Mafia politics, in earnest. The street gangs have been acting as the paramilitary for the left’s politicians.

Heard on the news tonight that CVS is building Latina CVS stores with all the brands Mexicans are used to being able to buy in their own country. All employees will be bi-lingual. Perhaps they will open one of these in Freddies old neighborhood.Holy crow CVS is way overpriced! The Hispanic population can have them!
