The only fair election is November. The people vote in their state and winner gets the electorate. What is happening now is a travesty. Both parties are fed up. I hope they change our entire corrupt system. The founders never incisions this disaster. One person-one vote in the state. Winner gets electoral. That is fair!
The American government has become the worst in the world this primary. I hope both parties get together for a major overhaul! Elections have gone to the dogs. Since America is dying, this primary will surely speed up the death I hope.

The Wyoming plan is much like Colorado’s. Registered Republicans with lots of time and $ to follow each step of the lengthy process. They are more likely to be activists within the state party than general republicans interested in the presidential race. That has an impact on turnout and eventually the outcome of the delegate selection process. This grants the state party much more control over the process.
By having only approved committee vote for the delegates, the party is ensured their choice as opposed to the popular vote.
State parties change rules to exclude voters: The last poll (summer) had Jeb Bush leading. Bush-Cheney-> Wyoming! ... Realizing a near lost in 2012, Wyoming reined in the election process game for 2016.

In 2012 we nominated the only person who could lose to Obama...Romney because he was the grandfather of Obamacare. Trump is the only person that can lose to Hillary.
