Paul Manafort Is absolutely right. After Wyoming, there’s going to be a new sheriff in town. So let’s go over several reasons why Trump will make it to 1237:
1) Cruz is in free fall in the polls while Trump is ‘cruising’ at the moment.
2) Trump will have tremendous momentum coming off his great successes on April 19 and April 26. Should rake in about 200 D.
3) As I detailed a week ago Indiana, in terms of demographics, is more like Kentucky and PA than it is Wisconsin. It’s coal country. Trump should hold his own here, especially with Rex Early in charge.
4) Cruz’s next win might not be till Nebraska. Even if DT loses he’ll still win big in W. Virginia.
5) WTA NJ and its 51 D on June 7 is in the bag.
6) And by virtue of leading in the polls in CA, Trump should be able to win 35 of 53 CD’s to go past the threshold. I’m not buying into the idea of a Cruz firewall. Think of how beaten up his campaign will be in 6-7 weeks.
7) And again Trump has access to about 120 unbound delegates for good measure.

“Wyoming just gave Cruz all their delegate votes WITHOUT the people voting, just like Colorado.

I just read the explanation of why this is happening, at The Conservative Treehouse, good article:

“In essence, with the support of the electorate no longer necessary, the club no longer was forced to manufacture the illusion of inclusion. The elites can now be as exclusive as their ideology demands.

As a direct consequence, U.S. Political representation radically shifted from away from giving the impression of a representative democracy – to an open and visible oligarchy of monetary interests who now select candidates. Those corporations now openly set the political agenda for their approved club applicants, the electorate are irrelevant.”

This is sickening. This system is corrupt to the core.

I hope EVERY single person with an ounce of integrity or love for their country will refuse to vote for the vile creep known as Ted Cruz who’s exploiting every crooked loophole he can find in order to deny actual American VOTERS the candidate of their choice (which sure as hell would never be HIM).
