Earlier tonight I was musing about what would happen if Bernie took the notion to declare that he was the second coming of Jimmy Carter, but this time with the welfare"charity" state to prove it. And he brazenly started using church and born-again talk. It might get more of a move on than we might think, with the mushy middle.
