No, let’s be realistic ; a rain of pepper spray filled water balloons would definitely send a message . It would also be harmless . Perhaps launched from unidentifiable offices or residences windows , rather than presumably ‘private property ‘ roof tops would be a bit less dicey .
The Black Block anarchist types , as witnessed yesterday in Pittsburgh have discovered pepper spray . EVERY Trump rally goer and supporter should get theirs as well . They cannot find themselves overwhelmed by these vicious cretins . Fight fire w/ fire .
