“Insufficient to Prosecute” does NOT equal “innocent”!!Anyone with the slightest bit of common sense available to them knew from the get go this was NOT assault & battery. Kasich and sCruz should have kept their mouths shut. Instead, they chose to be petulent for political expedience. Look where it got them.

And I think if Cruz and Kasich advocates were honest with themselves and objective, they would come to the same conclusion.
