Cruz lost the primary vote and is now aiding and abetting the enemy (the GOPe)

I think the prosecutor did a good thing here. He didn't ask for this case to land in his office. The case was handled pretty well. This is night and day different from the the way unethical Angela Corey handled the Zimmerman case.

I think the prosecutor did a good thing here. He didn't ask for this case to land in his office. The case was handled pretty well.

I think the Sheriff's office consulted with him before they filed charges and he let it get that far. They got the desired result... weeks of public perception.

It's old news now, and "settled" fact that Trump's campaign beats up poor female reporters. At this point there's nothing further to gain by proceeding. The damage is already done.

My point is that I believe these attacks on Corey L. are purely political. He was accused because he is the Trump campaign manager.

Based on the video, I'd have called the charges ridiculous, no matter who was being accused.

I doubt that Cruz supporters would still be calling for Corey's head if he were the Cruz manager. Their outrage is manufactured to damage Trump. Purely political.
