Did you read her dissent to that report? She agreed that economic development south of the border would improve our security, including reducing the incentive for illegals to come here, but she argued that the economic development should be led by private business rather than government driven. Or is being a member of the committee enough even if she disagreed with their conclusions?
By "private" she meant "multinational corporations" and "NGOs."
That's what Goldman Sachs and other megabanks deal with, especially in Central and South America. Read some history, geez.
Heidi Cruz is a Star in the open borders world. She's working with about a million other people to shred America's borders through trade agreements. It's not even an open secret anymore - the only reason you're making an issue about it is because it gets in the way of Ted's Constitutional conservative halo.
Not to mention the fact that should Cruz become the nominee, Hillary would drop all of this same stuff on top of Heidi like a hammer.
