This morning I woke up to an email from my campaign finance director. The email wasn't good news.
I've gotten emails like this before, but let me tell you: this time is different. Our mid-month fundraising report is due in just two days, and we're more than $300,000 short of funding our campaign.
As you know, having the resources necessary to compete is a big factor in running a campaign for president. We've already seen so many candidates who fell short leave this race.
Our campaign is literally running out of money, and to keep campaigning -- taking on Donald Trump, Hillary Clinton, and the Washington Cartel -- I need your help.
....Snip....
For liberty,
Ted Cruz

Calling George Soros, please pick up the white courtesy phone.
A little humor for you today, forgot to ping you to my post: http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/news/3420559/posts?page=180#180

You can sign up, but you can’t ever unsubscribe.
Maybe they could get a loan from Carly Fiorina.
Funny!
“Epic timing” ping
After looking at some more drilled down polling, you may be right about NY. Cruz may not even do well upstate or out west.
I still think he will keep Donald from 1237 and win on the second roll call. This is where I’m at...

The winner-take-all guarantees left go 84-Trump 92-Cruz. The battle will be for the proportional or semi-proportional states.
870 + 140 of the withdrawn + 100 of the unaffiliated + 50 from Kasich + 130 who left Trump = 1290 on the second roll call.
That is my prediction. You will either be laughing at me or applauding me come July.
I don't believe Ted Cruz is the Democrat-endorsing type.
No, Ted Cruz is the Democrat-acting type.
“I don’t believe Ted Cruz is the Democrat-endorsing type.”
He sold out to the GOPe and they sold out to the Dems for a Hillary presidency.
See:
Tech billionaires (major Dem donors) plot with GOP leaders at exclusive island resort to stop Trump
What clued you in? Was it his praise of Planned Parenthood? His position on trade (which is the same as Bernie Sanders)? His position on Kelo (which is to the left of Bernie Sanders)? Or maybe his position on expediting the return of illegals back into the US?
Oh wait, those are Trump's positions.
If Cruz thinks he’s short on funds now wait til he loses the next 6 primaries.
BS. Enough with the lies already.
You’ve been a good guy for years Hoodat. The New York polls mean Cruz no longer has any mathematical chance to reach 1237. The only chance is to throw this to the establishment and then trust those people who have messed us over time and time again. You don’t have to share it here, but in your mind what are the odds the establishment will screw Cruz at the convention? Is that a wise direction to go?
He’s back talking about the “Washington Cartel”. Of course, not in public and not to his gopE endorsers.
He supposedly was a partner in a law firm for awhile. As was Hillary.
If I was a supporter before I gave another nickel I’d want to know exactly how much is Neil Bush being paid.
It’s hard to talk against himself, it turns out.
Well, this “supposed” partner in a law firm, did argue a number of cases before the Supreme Court. That alone distinguishes him from Hillary’s record.
I used to get similar creatively worded emails at least once a day.
Heidi is so SAD! We can’t continue without you.
I tried to give him money once but the transaction didn’t go through.
I unsubscribed to the harassment.
And I literally turn the TV channel if he appears on it.
I am contemplating my TV future if he should happen to prevail. Looks alarming.
