This morning I woke up to an email from my campaign finance director. The email wasn't good news.
I've gotten emails like this before, but let me tell you: this time is different. Our mid-month fundraising report is due in just two days, and we're more than $300,000 short of funding our campaign.
As you know, having the resources necessary to compete is a big factor in running a campaign for president. We've already seen so many candidates who fell short leave this race.
Our campaign is literally running out of money, and to keep campaigning -- taking on Donald Trump, Hillary Clinton, and the Washington Cartel -- I need your help.
....Snip....
For liberty,
Ted Cruz

That is who is supporting him!
You mean his stunning victory in Colorado, where he showed how well he can win non-voting States.
And in two weeks Cruz will be mathematically eliminated.
I am sure he can get another loan from Goldman-Sachs!
No. He’s a lawyer. They don’t work. They don’t know how to do anything except argue. That’s why everyone hates Cruz.
lololol
Except it is dishonest!
Yep. I have one email account that I get suffocated with Cruz begging emails. I never signed up, never clicked on anything yet I get solicited.
You know that he met with a bunch of Wall Street bigs in NYC today?
I don’t think he needs money from the little donors - he knows though that if they spend money on him - they feel more invested in the outcome. The more money they give him, the more they need him to do well, and stay in the race to justify that money. Sort of like the stock market. Or the roulette wheel, it becomes a monkey on your back.
It gets expensive to hush people up
It’s a fundraising ploy just like dozens of others.
Cruz won’t run out of money before the convention.
Like clickbait.
Or to hire paid shills to post on forums and run interference (I am NOT referring to you).
But that costs money, too.
>> His campaign is going broke!
Oh, please.
EVERY email is a hyperbolic plea for more dough.
You can read imminent doom into it if you like, but it’s quite naïve to interpret fundraising emails literally.
Cruz absolutely has the bucks to continue running his well-planned and well-executed campaign for as long as he needs to.
I’ve gotten e-mails from Ted Cruz, Heidi Cruz, and his campaign staff FOR MONTHS—beginning some time in 2015—crying poor and begging for funds!!!!
I’ve NEVER been a Cruz supporter, especially since finding out about the Cruzes’ connection with Goldman Sachs and the CFR, and about Cruz’s benighted policy regarding Russia and Ukraine.
He only got my name from an old Republican donor list—I donated to Scott Brown in 2010. I’ve just been deleting Cruz’s e-mails as they come in. And I support Donald Trump.
So Cruz’s crying poor right now is nothing new at all. He may be getting lots of money from the globalist crowd—in that case his crying poor is just propaganda. Or perhaps he needs to demonstrate his ability to raise funds from the rank-and-file to his globalist masters. But I really don’t know if any of that is true.
That is not true. If he gets less than 50% in the state he receives none of the 14 state delegates. There are 27 districts that award 3 delegates proportionally (or all if someone gets over 50%). This means some districts will award 2 to Trump 1 to Kasich 0 to Cruz, 1 to Trump 1 to Cruz and 1 to Kasich, 2 to Cruz 1 to Trump, 1 to Kasich, 3 to Trump 0 to Kasich and Cruz, etc...
I broke down the districts into 9 conservative, 9 moderate and 9 liberal. I said in the 9 liberal ones Trump will get 18, Cruz 4, Kasich 5. In the 9 moderate, Trump 15 Cruz 4 Kasich 8. In the most conservative Trump 12, Cruz 13, Kasich 2. Trump will probably get all of the 14 state delegates. My guess for New York is Trump 59, Cruz 21, Kasich 15.
You use terms like a bunch and a ton ... can you show us what these terms mean in real numbers???
I just showed you some. Here are some more...
California awards 10 winner take all delegates in the state and 159 in each of the districts. Let's go ahead and say Trump wins the state and gets the 10 delegates....big deal. Each of the 59 districts is a winner take all contest for 3 delegates. Cruz has his ground game together and is working ALL of the districts and concentrating on the ones he can squeak by with a 1% win.
Cruz will end up with at least 85 delegates in California. Mark my words.
The link that I provided to you before has all of this information.
So, he’s still fighting the Washington cartel? Him and Neil Bush?
"If he gets less than 50% 20% in the state he receives none..."
"Each of the 59 53 districts is a winner take all..."
Wonder how much it cost per delegate in Colorado to buy them as a delegate?
