Levin is like the typical Cruzer. I’ve been trying to think of a way articulate it for a while. I think the best way to describe it is that they’re arrogant elitists. It wasn’t supposed to be Trump leading a political renaissance of America. It was supposed to be someone more like them.
But it wasn’t now, was it? So instead of accepting gracefully that someone outside of their circle, and with talents they don’t possess is the one leading the fight, they attack him because their pride is more important than the well being of the country.
That’s exact it. Trump has “stolen” Cruz’s moment and Levin is raging about that. It really is all about them. As another FReeper said, to the elites like Levin & Cruz we’re just the consumers who buy their product: conservatism. So, sit down, shut up and buy what we tell you to buy. Basically that seems to be their position now.

We haven’t even had a semi conservative elected to president or vice president in 30 years! According to Rush and Levin, We are supposed to hold out for some unicorn conservative. Instead of banding together behind a successful patriot who is conservative on the main issues that will decide if America exists 5 years from now.
