I heard him say it should be someone who had actually run for president, but left the door wide open for any of the candidates who had run.
Yeah, I noticed he’s cleverly worded answer too.
Actually Trump won in Ryans district.
Ryan should be in federal prison with Cruz, Kasich, Sanders, Clinton and the gang of 535 (current and former) Uniparty socialists.

7. It must not be forgotten that the members of the legislative body are to have a deep stake in the game. This is an essential point, and happily is attended with no difficulty. A sufficient number, properly disposed, can alternately legislate and speculate, and speculate and legislate, and buy and sell, and sell and buy, until a due portion of the property of their constituents has passed into their hands to give them an interest against their constituents

And you think you know this because another Trump supporter posted the false information - just like most things posted by the Trumpanzees.
FACT - Trump did NOT win Paul Ryan's 1st Congressional District.
WI - CD1 126,963 votes
Ted Cruz 63,198 49.777%
Donald Trump 42,330 33.340%
Paul Ryan is no dummy. He wouldn’t dare get in the way of someone like Trump who is growing the Party like no other Republican since Reagan.
I do not want, nor will I accept GOP nomination for speaker of the house. People who suggest that Ryan is a potential candidate are delusional. He may not even retain his House seat. I am sure he has the support of people like Lindsey bacha bazi Graham.
Yep....I picked up on that comment too when he said the nominee should be someone who “participated in the primary”. Asked my husband which one he thought the nominee would be....Yeb or little Marco? It has really gotten to the point where I pay real close attention to the “words or phrases” these elected officials use.
There are 2 threads which were posted here in early February which clearly state that Romney & Ryan have filed with the FEC to run for President & Vice President.
See thread # 3405269 & 3405280
So who’s lying? The FEC or Ryan?
I see both Romney & Ryan as total PIRATES——
They don’t spend a single minute or a single dime campaigning & appearing in front of the voters, and they think they can show up behind the scenes at the convention & steal the nomination.
If they do this, be prepared for a new American Civil War, IMO.
I am 76
I am a life long Republican
I would not vote for either Ryan or Romney if they came to my living room & begged me on their knees.
I was born & raised in Wisconsin.
They’re both despicable.

FACT - If you are going to state as FACT, Please provide source...
I could not verify—found no source on CD-1 vote totals...and I looked for 20 minutes.
Here you go...

I wonder how many postcards Ryan received last week (No Trump, No vote).
Thank you for the source...Please if you are posting FACT, put in the source.
I will add FACT and provide source. Trump won Ryan’s County...I think that is what the poster meant to say...Janesville, Lyin’ Ryan’s hometown and county, is in Rock County, and it went to trump. FACT, and here is the source:

Are you a Paul Ryan supporter?
How Trumpian of both of you. He didn't know the fact and repeated the misinformation he read on the Internet. And you try to run interference with a "what he meant was...." so it's okay.
And the fact that Trump was able to win Rock County with its heavy Democrat (displaced union auto factory workers) population means what? For the most part, Rock County residents are not Paul Ryan''s constituents.
That's why Trump held his Wisconsin rallies there - to be among his fellow Democrats.
I will note that while Trump may have won Rock County, he lost both congressional districts that include Rock County voters.
No, I'm not a Ryan fan. I've been very disappointed in him since his VP campaign. Sure, he's been a little squishy lately, but Ryan is still 1000% more conservative than Trump ever was, is or will be.
That's flat out honorable... Hats off to Paul Ryan...

Seems to me I recall questioning a few of your posts...we all post things which may need correcting....Sheesh neither you, I nor the poster are the AP.
It is fairly easy to conflate county with Congressional District...I read it on internet too. Regardless, we are seeking truth here, and FACT is that Trump won Janesville...Ryan’s home town...he did not win the CD1. That should have been enough...Ah but the typical attack...I should have minded my own business as a “Trumpian.”
Anyway, I stepped in it...I should know better as this is time I won’t get back again...live and learn.
Anyway, I provided a source to County results so no one needs to search around like I had to.
Much of Wisco is displaced factory worker Democrats, Bob....I know because I actually lived in Congressional District 1 when the plants were shutting down, so I know quite a bit about Wisco politics....you live there now, so you should too, and both Racine and Kenosha went for Trump, they are no more heavily democrat than many areas in Wisconsin. I think if the GOPe had not been working overtime with the ad campaign and Walker, Preibus and Ryan stumping, Trump could have won Wisconsin...But that is history and opinion.
Your comment that Trump held rallies “there (in Janesville) to be with fellow democrats” is ridiculous as Trump held Rallies all over the State—in Janesville, Racine, Milwaukee, Superior, Wausau, Superior, DePere, Apppleton and West Allis.
BTW, what is wrong with attracting Democrats???...I thought the GOP needed to get more voters? That is why the GOPe has been supporting open borders to court the Hispanic vote...I can provide sources if you wish.
So sorry that I asked you for a source, because I had not seen your numbers, and I had read same thing on internet—that CD1 went to Trump...Oh and then I tried to o clarify—the other poster was not lying or trying to mislead—they were just confused...
Because you got so upset with me having the audacity to point out GOPe Lyin’ Ryan County went to Trump, I simply asked if you are a Ryan supporter...
Oh and regarding Ryan, Ryan is not 1000% more conservative than Trump...Ryan is best buds and campaigned around the Country for open borders with Louis Gutierrez, a Chicago radical machine LA RAZA Democrat who wants to burst open the borders and provide amnesty for all...I can provide video of that if you wish.
Sorry Sideshow Bob, your comments about Ryan being 1000% more conservative than Trump really are a side show... and what you fail to understand is that this election is not about Conservatives versus Liberals or Right versus Left...it is about Liberty versus Tyranny and Sovereignty versus Globalism...Ryan, and the other GOPe are Globalists, Trump is not.
BTW, 1000%...Seriously bogus

No need to reply. This was far to costly in terms of my time to simply ask for a d*mned source.
Ah, but your Trump tears have been sooooo delicious.
Btw, I don't believe you ever lived in "Wisco", no Cheesehead talks like that.

Sorry Bob (you really are a sideshow and look like a fool BTW).
I told you not to reply. Your snarky a$$inine comment about tears would have been been ignored, but I don’t like it when people say I lie...
Just who do you think you are to say how “Cheeseheads” talk??? Seriously!! How snarky and downright NASTTTY!!! SHAME ON YOU.
I say Wisco and Cheddar Curtain...Soooo what???...Are YOU the Wisconsin Language Nazi??? OOOh maybe I am a Democrat in disguise...Orrrr just maybe these are my endearing terms for the state in which I lived for over ten years.
FACT: I lived right off of 39 Avenue in Kenosha, Wisconsin. One of my 3 kids was born at Kenosha Medical Center on 8th Avenue and Sheridan. Kids went to Jeffery Elementary, Roosevelt Elementary School (gifted program), and Racine Montessori. Kids did summer programs at Racine Art Museum and we loved the Golden Books outlet in Racine. we had free admission to the Zoo in Racine...which was located on the Lake. Schools in Kenosha were declining at the JR and SR high school level, we realized in late 90s that Kenosha was not training kids to compete globally, so we moved South of Cheddar Curtain so kids could go to one of the best districts in the US and be competitive.... Happy to provide more proof..
I love Wisco and I am a Packer fan! I remember people riding around shouting out their cars in middle of winter when Packers won Superbowl. Reggie White visited my church and bought property north of Kenosha. I remember when Packers played in Milwaukee...Do you??? Mark Belling was and still is the pm drive time host on WISN AM 1130.
Oh, and I was very actively involved in the election of Mark Neumann vs Peter Barca for CD1...he preceded Lyin Ryan...His election reruns came in very late— like 2 a.m. due to the Rock County returns coming in late...the news had given the victory to Barca...Feel free to look that up. Tommy Thompson was governor.
I am confident that I would win any Southeast or maybe entire State Wisconsin trivia showdown against you...but you are not worth the time.
I deserve an apology, but I don’t expect one.
