What is it that you are missing about the freedom to associate? Political parties are private entities, run by its members, who choose to associate for the purpose of nominating candidates and adopting platforms. If the party chooses to nominate as Colorado did, with 60,000 participants, that is entirely their business. If you have a problem with that, you have a problem with a great American tradition. There is no “right” of anyone to vote for a party’s nominee. The party decides for itself how it will be done. If not the party, who. The government?

The above from your post #92. Stop going off on tangents, and show the vote tally where tens of thousands of Colorado Republicans voted for the presidential candidate of their choice as was done in Iowa, if Colorado was no different than Iowa.

How many voted for Cruz? For Trump? For Kasich? Or any others?
