Wrong. Iowa is all about party members showing up at their county caucuses and participating in the delegate selection process. There is no voting in the traditional sense.

You're wrong. Registered Repubicans absolutely show up and vote during the Iowa caucus, and they vote by candidate for the delegates. Any voter registered as a Republican can attend.

There was no voting in Colorado that was open to all registered Republicans.
