I used to want Rush to run. Someone independent from the party, and the Chamber, and who had lots of money. But it has become clear that he was wise not to run. He could never have withstood what Trump has endured. He would have ruined his brand, as he almost did with the oxy. And he didn't have enough money as Trump has proven.
If Trump can't overcome the GOPe, it can't be done, and a third party will be the only way.

Chances are good the media has stereotyped Limbaugh to the point where he would have been Palinzed. Not that I would want him to run knowing what I know now.
