No.. proportionate is according to the proportion of votes. It’s not hard math.

That would be another problem with math. Read the rules again. It doesn’t take 100% of the vote to elect a delegate.

You are still not understanding how the number of votes per candidate changes with the number of candidates in the race at the time.

Back to the question; How many votes did Cruz, Kasich and Trump get?? There has to be a record somewhere like there is in every other state.
