Similar to how black culture was marketed as cool and hep absent any evidence and against common sense.

Same reason libs pander to muslims ( ~1.5% of the population much like the homosexuals) ... they like to use people for political gain.
They saw a potential victim class in the homosexuals. Over the years, they’ve made the whole practice “acceptable” knowing that conservatives would (rightfully) protest in disgust.
Thanks to incessant pandering and depicting LGBTQNDHGYBM as a “normal” way of life via our wonderful media, the population slowly felt that the behavior was acceptable for whatever pathetic reasons. Once public opinion polls crossed the 50% threshold in favor of normalizing homosexuality, the left was able to go full throttle with its assault and bring out its good old labels like “bigot” and “-phobe” to make us look like backwards neanderthals to the base of the left and those mushy moderates that are afraid of looking like they’re out of touch.
They basically use ~1.5% of the population (keep in mind they’re using human lives without any regard for what happens to those unfortunate souls) and amplify their “plight” via the media to obtain significant support in the voting booth. It’s all about power.
You can certainly make a case that they are using homosexuality as a weapon against Christianity (and some of the true believers of Communism are doing just that), but the liberals are selfish crony captialists first and foremost ... they want their payday, and political power pays well these days.
Bottom line is that the liberals are flat out using sick people to advance their political agenda. Let’s say the homosexuals had some kind of awakening and all started voting conservatives into office and shunned their behavior. I can almost assure you that the left would start firing every derogatory remark at them almost instantly.
They’re doing the same with muslims ... they make them a victim class and attack conservatives any single time they cirticize ANYTHING dealing with Islam. In this case, they are playing with fire seeing that they are at war with us ... however, they’ll worry about political ramifications when the time comes. They can get a bit more short term political power making it look like they’re defenders of the downtrodden (just ask blacks how well that’s worked for them).
Now, If a pack of wild Koranimals kill a few thousand people again, no big deal ... they’ll suffer a bit of backlash, but beat the dissenters back into shape after people forget what had happened. Only way they’ll drop support of Islam is when the body count rises to a number they can no longer manage.
This is what is sick about the modern Democratic party as well as their cohorts, the RINOs. They want their power-paychecks and nothing more. They couldn’t care less about the people they represent nor do they care about the long term safety and security of this nation. They simply want their cash so that they can move on to the next manufactured victim class and grow their ill-gotten, rotten nest egg. The people they use suffer the most. What’s sick is that they’ll continue to do that since NOBODY is attempting to stop them.
Because less than 3% of Americans are LBGTwhatever but too many of them are in the entertainment and media industries.
They have steadily been guiding America in accordance with their vision for a country in which they can indulge their sick sexuality without consequence.
Companies like Google, PayPal, Starbucks and others are sympathetic in great part because they've bought into the illusion that LGBT is bigger than it really is.
And of course there are idiot celebrities eager to get onboard especially if they haven't had a real career in more than 20 years.
In a battle of pure masses, the sickos are outnumbered by a vast margin.
But, they have the keys to the press, many of the politicians etc.

Because there is literally ZERO conservative leadership in America, and there hasn't been any in decades.
I'm starting to think that there isn't even a conservative movement anymore, just a small collection of people that post on message boards like this.
I'm starting to think that this madness like allowing crossdressers into women's bathrooms isn't even a priority for the Liberal movement.
They're just seeing what they can get away with just for laughs.
They, and we, are realizing that they can get away with literally anything. There is NO stopping them, or even any pushback.
Glad I'm retiring to my house in the country in a few months. Things are going to get bad in this nation over the coming years.
