On this weekend’s broadcast of “Fox News Sunday,” President Barack Obama said his former Secretary of State and current Democratic presidential front-runner Hillary Clinton was careless in how she handled her emails, which is under investigation by the FBI.
Obama said, “I continue to believe she has not jeopardized America’s national security. Now what I also said is that — and she’s acknowledged — that there’s a carelessness in terms of managing e-mails that she has owned. And she recognizes that. But I also think it is important to keep this in perspective. this is somebody who served her country for four years as secretary of state and did an outstanding job and no one has suggested that in some ways as a consequence of how she’s handled e-mails that that detracted from her excellent ability to carry out her duties.”

Hillary was interested in one thing while she was SOS...putting away enough foreign cash to buy the state parties and superdelegates. Oh, and doing it on a private server where she could destroy the evidence.

If I were careless in where I put my fist while in the vicinity of obama’s face, I’d be OK. No big deal, right? Or if I were careless in counting the number of drinks I had and got in a wreck, that’s OK.
As long as it’s just “careless” it’s not “negligence” or a “crime,” right? Now I think I’ve got it! Never knew that. But I’m not a “professor of constitutional law” like obama, as some have called him.
Next time I get in trouble, I will pull the “careless card.”
I think I’m going to try that on the IRS this year by “carelessly” leaving out certain pieces of info and see how it works. If I have a problem, the “obama carelessnes clause” will get me off the hook.

Lets just say that, in the very least, Hillary was careless.
Carelessness in the handling of National Security information or documents classified as Secret is still a felony offense.
The Secretary of State of the United States is the top diplomatic post in the world and care taking of government secrets is part of the job description.
Hillary Clinton not only knew she was breaking the law, she defied high level career diplomats and security pros that had the courage to call her her on her negligence.
She at the very least is guilty of willful gross negligence, as President Obama has confirmed . FWIW, ignorance , carelessness and incompetence is the defense traitors engaged in anti American foreign espionage usually give as a defense when they are caught. That's why the espionage laws are written such that careless negligence handling secret documents is just as serious as intentional spying.
Of course, it's likely that Hillary used to private server to conceal illegal and criminal behavior on her part.
Hillary had to have her own server to hide the evidence that she sold state policy for foreign cash. She then used that cash, 33 million, to buy off the superdelegates with “donations” to the state parties.
Would anyone consider it "careless" if she required that all official postal mail had to be sent to her unlocked mail box outside her Chappaqua home instead of to State Department headquarters? Anyone?
