“Obama: Clinton Never Jeopardized National Security in Email Case”

I can get drunk and mow over some pedestrians without ‘jeopardizing national security’. So what. I still broke the law by doing it. Either justice is blind or it’s not.

Using home email allows anyone to hack into those emails, many of which contained top secret information. That does indeed jeopardize national security.

“National Security Information (hereinafter “classified information”) shall be classified at one of the following three levels:(1) “Top Secret” shall be applied to information, the unauthorized disclosure of which reasonably could be expected to cause exceptionally grave damage to the national security.”

She owned a server, there was classified data on it. That data was immediately in jeopardy when it was taken from its proper storage.
