Very plausible but I will take slight exception.
Whatever absolution HRC receives even if elected is not immune to a pukefest of leaks. Then what?
Perhaps the plan is to elect HRC with the VP being the real candidate in waiting.

“There is no realistic possibility ...
Succinctly stated.

“Gettin close, this interview was not for or against Hillary, it was plausible deniability for Obama so when facts nail her, his hands are clean.”
Exactamundo. This isn't over. HRC is in trouble.

This is a real simple case if they want it to be, and all it needs to be is a simple case at this point. By her actions, words and the hard evidence, she violated - without questions - the Public Records Act of 1950. No one needs to prove intent, no one needs to determine the classification(s) of the public records. She simply failed to "take care" of public records, whether she stuff papers in her pantsuit, left them on a bus, or removed them from her office....period, full stop, well beyond a smidge of breaking this law - this is de facto stuff.
Secondly, and no one has asked her on camera - if she used her server for email exclusively "out of convenience", how did transact sensitive data on her BlackBerry she has been so infamously pictured handling while on State Department business?
