I share your frustration with voting for politicians you believe to be conservative and then having them let you down. I've never voted for Cruz, but about 98% of the time, he's live up to wishes of his conservative voters. Nobody's perfect, so I'll be voting for him the first time later this month.

Your approach to the dilemma is interesting, instead of being disappointed by a conservative, you're now going to vote for a full-blown, big-government, pro-abortion (until two months ago, supposedly), pro-state power (Kelo) leftist. It's genius really, the way you've insured now that when he grows the size, power and influence of government in our lives, you'll be getting exactly what you voted for.

It's a brilliant solution to the problem. Congratulations.

I see, you're suggesting it's Trump who's the corrupt D.C. insider, the big government fraud, who's created decades of decline and deceit. And the D.C. politicians/lawyers like Mr. Cruz are the hard core honorable super patriots? Or is it only Mr. Cruz who's the crown of conservatism and honor in D.C.?
